Stop pretending!

We pretend we have the answer to death! We thought heaven is the answer to death. We proudly present our answsers to those who we think need it. Reality is, we can't face death ourselves. We are the same as the rest when we face death. We think our faith is the answer to death because we know where we are going to. And that's all about it.

Yes, we should be silent. We should humble ourselves. We should not pretend we know the answer to the mystery of death. Jesus died and resurrected, but we didn't. Let's not pretend we know the truth. We are at best as ignorant as others when facing death. That is not to say we as Christians do not have faith in having eternal life. But what does that do to others when we face death? Even C S Lewis can't face death with joy! Who do we think we are?

I bought this from ProSound at HKD592 only. This is a real bargain given that there are 33 CDs in this set.

The problem remains, since my son was borned, that I rarely have a chance to sit down and listen to some decent music. All I got is some "background" music, such as Mozart piano sonatas, symphonies, Haydn Symphonies, Kindermusik (!), etc. Sigh!

Yelling

I have to stop yelling at my son, especially when he played with my CDs! But I don't know how, because I would be really mad every time he played with my CDs!!
