Abbado's Mahler 2

I am glad that I finally managed to buy this DVD in Shanghai. It was an amazing performance. The orchestra was handpicked by Abbado, with famous soloists being the chair of each section. The rest of the orchestra are young musicians. Abbado's Mahler 2 could join the league with other conductors who has a good version of Mahler 2,like Klemperer, Rattle, Haitink, et al. The ending of the symphony was thrilling. Definitely one of the finest versions of this symphony.

Spending HKD60m (or more) on dancing?

This news is so pathetic! How on earth would dancing lessons cost HKD60m? It is absolutely absurd! I won't spend that amount (if I have the money) if that guy could teach me how to fly!
