Resignation
I am going to tender my resignation tomorrow. My feeling is quite mixed now - I have been working here for 12.5 years. I have been shaped by its culture, its way of doing things, its people, etc. Although joining a new company opens a whole new world for me, I am struggling to make this painful decision.

Good to know that you have finally made a decision. Yes. It is difficult and painful to make a move from a familiar environment. hm... Changes bring more colors to your life. Having the courage to take challenges = you are young & brace = good model to your little baby boy. :) Wish you all the best in the new position. (but you probably will have a busy time to wrap up everything in the current position before switching.) @^-^@
Wow! 12.5 years, this is a pain decision, good luck for you, i will hand on mine in the beginning of May.
