Salary Increment
Just received the salary increment notice. 8%. Not too bad, but I know somebody else in a different department got better increment. I wasn't too happy. I guess it is like what the Chinese saying goes, "Man not contented is like a snake swollowing an elephant". As a result, I am not very happy today.

8% is about average, we only have around 3-5% for support staff. Just happy to have increment every year!
