Haitink's Beethoven with LSO
Just got this set from ProSound. Very much looking forward to it. Haitink's previous recordings of Beethoven Symphonies were not that great. I heard very positive comments about this new recording with the LSO. I hope it will live up to my expectation.

I haven't listened to his earlier Beethoven cycle, but I am very satisfied by this new set.
I actually liked his symphony #5 & #6 recording. I was very disappointed by the last movement of his symphony #9. I felt the tempo was just too fast to convey depth and power.
