Impatient
I am such an impatient person. I get frustrated easily - traffic jam, not able to pass a traffic light, saw people doing things that I don't like, etc. I have been like that since I came back to HK 10 years ago. I don't know what's wrong with me. My emotion would dictate my reaction to these events. I don't like it at all. I want to change.

Sometimes the environment does affect us. My health was better when I was in Canada and I was more patient. I now feel frustrated easily and even I myself notice I am emotional.
I am impatient as well but never get frustrated!
why you are impatient, are you always in a hurry, slow down a bit then!
